Information
- The Symposium does not provide any transportation from the airport to the Symposium hotels. All participants must make their own transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotels and from the hotels to the venue.
- The City Airport Terminal located in the COEX complex operates the non-stop limousine bus between COEX and Incheon Int'l Airport / Gimpo Airport. Terminal offers check-in services for Korean Airlines, Asiana Airlines and also offers immigration and naturalization services.

* You may get information on limousine and buses and purchase the bus tickets at the Transportation Information Counter (near the exit No. 2, 4, 9, 13) on the arrival floor (1st floor) of passenger terminal

- You can go to other hotels with many ways after arriving at the venue.
Bus
Taxi
- Alternatively, participants can take a regular taxi or a deluxe taxi to the venue. It will take 70 minutes from Incheon International Airport (IIA) to the venue. A regular taxi costs roughly KRW 70,000 (approx 73USD) depending on traffic conditions in Seoul. The deluxe taxi fare from IIA to the conference venue is around KRW 900,000 (approx 93USD) depending on the local traffic conditions. Toll of KRW 6,400 should be paid by patrons at the toll bridge. Car phone is available, and a receipt will be issued.
